1. Booking & Service
By booking a repair with FixHub, you agree to provide accurate device and contact information. Estimated turnaround times are indicative and may vary.
2. Payment
Depending on the service, an advance payment may be required to confirm your booking, with the balance due on completion.
3. Data & Backup
You're responsible for backing up your device data before handover. FixHub is not liable for data loss during repair.
4. Liability
FixHub is not responsible for pre-existing damage not disclosed at booking, or for issues unrelated to the repair performed.
